To provide community transport using volunteer drivers both by car and minibus to those who do not have access to public transport or their own vehicle. The area covered is the town of Tenbury Wells and the surrounding Teme Valley.

We rescue, rehabilitate and re-home dogs from the UK and abroad. Helping Hounds Hampshire has access to kennels where dogs are housed until they are ready for re-homing or are placed within our network of fosters. Our volunteers work in a variety of roles from working with dogs, to administrative tasks.

Home-Start Ealing promotes the welfare of families under stress who have at least one child under 5 years of age. Volunteers offer regular emotional and practical support to families in their own homes, helping to prevent family crisis and breakdown. The charity also runs regular family groups and parenting classes to offer a supportive environment to parents and children in the borough.

Derby Kids' Camp is a 100% volunteer-run charity providing FREE holidays for some of Derby's most deserving young children. With the support of 150-170 volunteers, approx 350-300 children each year benefit from what may be their only holiday.We provide a much needed break for disadvantaged children, children who will benefit from social/personal development or provide respite for carers.

The Charity provides leisure activities for all ages (ie pension clubs,majorettes, judo, karate, toddle club etc). We provide training for volunteers. We also provide, with partnership with Local borough and colleges, training courses, health and care facilities, community events and encourage and work with the community to enhance their education and way of life.

We host communal gardening and outdoor cooking opportunities, seasonal celebration events for our community of garden volunteers, outdoor skills sharing workshops.We offer our garden space as a unique outdoor venue for therapeutic activities.We share learning through hosting skills sharing opportunities, visual tools, books and learning resources, and an online collaboration platform.

THE MLAMBE PROJECT COMBINES SUSTAINABLE BUILDING TECHNIQUES FOR EDUCATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION WITH EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES ONCE THIS INFRASTRUCTURE IS ASSEMBLED. THE CHARITY IS BASED IN THE UK AND IS RUN BY UK VOLUNTEERS BUT OPERATES IN MALAWI.

CYO supports young people and schools through both long term involvement and short term projects that encourage personal and spiritual development and deliver pastoral support. We do this through our own staff and through a network of trained volunteers, and we offer resources and support to others doing similar work in the Colchester area.

We have 3 projects - JNR8, for under 12's ;-holiday playscheme activities, weekly cookery and craft activities. - WHIZ ,for over 13's,group work e.g. gang awareness, cookery, life skills, girls night,holiday activities. -Celebrate, schools workshops, festival day.;volunteering, community information and networking, intergenerational activities, e.g.arts crafts, information and music.

We are a community association who manage the Beeston Rylands Community Centre on Leyton Crescent, and the newly built Plessey Centre on Marconi Drive. We are run by volunteers who want to develop clubs and events that benefit the community. We have a full-time employed Community Development Officer who helps to realise our goals.

Holgate Pre-School provides early years education for under 5s. It operates every week day in term time, for a maximum of 24 children. The pre-school is popular in the local community and there is a waiting list for new starters. The organisation is run by a committee of, mainly, parent volunteers.

Blackmore Vale Riding for the Disabled offers riding on real ponies and two mechanical horses at Cherrington Farm Cottage, North Cheriton, Somerset to disabled riders in N Dorset and S Somerset.Our riders range in age from 5-74 and have a range of disabilities. We have 6 accredited coach/instructors and a pool of 50 volunteers. We operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during term time

Grindon Church Community Project is a charity which supports residents of Grindon and surrounding areas, of all or no faith to engage with their community, find support when in need, engage in creative and physical activities, and to volunteer. We are based in a building with two fully accessible halls and community gardens which include orchards and vegetable plots.

To help relieve sickness by the provision of motorcycle and vehicles courier services to hospitals and hospices in the charities catchment areas all free of charge and by volunteers of the group

Cycling 4 All provides opportunities for people of all abilities to enjoy cycling and the associated health benefits. This is undertaken through the provision of specialist bikes, trikes wheelchair cycles and tandems as well as two wheel hybrid and mountain bikes. The service is run by trained staff and volunteers and takes place on a traffic free and safe track in a local country park.

We work with small groups of vulnerable adults, including learning disabled, autistic, ex-offenders and those with mental health problems. We care for 5 acres of woodland, hedges and meadow and grow herb and wildflower plants to sell. We also produce an increasing number of our own preserves, cards, jewellery and gifts. We are a registered charity located in the Blackdown Hills, on the Somerset/Devon border. We have a network of volunteers across the area offering various social and practical services to local people who are isolated and/or finding life difficult. We have developed an app incorporating a map which makes it simple to match surplus food available from businesses to charities.
