Clwb Llawen y Llys is open to all members of the public to provide out of school childcare, However a primary objective is to provide this within the Welsh medium.

The project has 4 main areas of work: Supporting residents to get improvements to the housing, environment, amenities and services for the estate. The Charity provides necessary facilities for the daily care, recreation and education of children during out of school hours and during shcool holidays.To ensure the best provision of care is given to children annual training and education is provided to the individuals delivering the care.

Main activities are pre school nursery, after school club and holiday club. Also a weekly informal toddler group (Toddler group currently suspended since covid).

Ofsted registered for 52 children aged 4-11 years this voluntarily administered non-profit making scheme employs well qualified staff and provides flexible session times and reasonable contributions to assist low paid parents in what are described as deprived areas of Nottinghamshire. Children are collected after school and cared for during holidays in a warm safe environment.

SYFC predominately work in schools taking lessons, assemblies, mentoring, lunch clubs and after school clubs. We cover a variety of issues -self esteem/self worth, respect, relationships, etc. We run social action projects across the area and also a couple of monthly events where young people can explore the Christian faith.

We hold Sunday services, offer children's, youth and families work; pastoral support; courses; andother Christian events. We will also work with local schools. In particular we have an existing relationshipwith Wynyard Church of England Primary School and support the spiritual life of the school through thedelivery of Collective Worship, supporting the RE curriculum and after school clubs.
