Education and child-care.

Cylch Meithrin Y Groeslon provides preschool education and care to children age 2-4 years old through the medium of Welsh. Our aim is to provide every child the opportunity to learn through the medium of Welsh.

COMMUNITY PLAYGROUP, OPEN TO PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN AGED 2-4, OPEN TO ALL FAMILIES INCLUDING THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. ABLE TO ACCEPT 24 CHILDREN PER SESSION, 9.00-3.15 TERM TIME.

We are a Playgroup and cater for children aged 2 - 4 years of age. We offer a pre-school Foundation Phase curriculum and are located in a mobile cabin within the school grounds at Ysgol Cynfran, Llysfaen.

Provision of Pre-School education

Home Groups & Bible study , discussion & pastoral prayer.Provide finance to indigenous churches in Pakistan, India and Zimbabwe & Christian support programme (for orphans) in India & supporting local Christian children's workers in local Schools KeyStage 2

Provision of a meeting place for a village community. Toddler Group, fitness classes, activities for children, family orientated functions, elderly social groups, garden club, art and crafts exhibitions. Hall for hire for functions

We provide play and learning experiences as included in the Early Year foundation stage curriculum for children aged 2 years to school age. Our sessions are 3 hours long and include games, activities, outside play and a snack.We are Ofsted approved and all staff are qualified and DBS checked. We have experience of children with special needs and for who English is not their first language.

To provide a service for children, parent's and carers wherby children mix with their peers and learn through play. Parents and carers are encouraged to participate in promoting their child's welfare by taking an interest in the management and the activities of the group.

To make it possible for a range of activities to take place for people of all ages and abilities who live in Padworth and the surrounding area. Activities in the hall include :- mother and baby/child groups, Women's Institute, physical fitness, and self-help groups. Outdoor activities consist of a children's play area, a football pitch, dog training facilities, and pitches for leisure caravans

Upwell is a small rural village with limited public transport to near by towns the committee provide open space play area, sporting areas for all ages and abilities of the community are welcome, the committees main aim is to provide a modern facility for community use. The committee is totally reliant on community support/funding for all financial aspects in running the playing field.

To support the development and education of children under statutory school age by offering appropriate learning through play experiences for all children whatever their race, culture, religion, means or ability. We follow the national curriculum for early years education.

Education for Pre-School children aged 2-5 years

CARA is a UK based charity working with partners based in Sangkhlaburi, Thailand north west of Bangkok on the border with Myanmar. We work to improve the lives of children from mainly poor migrant families in the area through providing funds, arranging volunteers to work with our partners and shipping good quality used children's clothes and toys for distribution to the nurseries we support.
