The primary objective and purpose of our charity shall be its commitment to the improvement of standards of living and in Cameroon and the nations of West and Central Africa. In particular, our activity seeks to address the disparity in aid-provision between francophone and Anglophone rural areas of Cameroon.

This year £561.78 GBP was used to fund a Personal Address system for a secondary school in rural KwaZulu-Natal (in the sub-Hlabisa district). A remaining £4923.17 was carried forward to the next financial year, to fund new classrooms/school hall - an ongoing project for which money is being raised.

TO PROVIDE BOREHOLES AND IRRIGATION.LINKING SCHOOLS WALES & SAMBURU.

We support a small charitable school in rural Maharastra in India, set up by a local philanthropist and entrepreneur. General objectives of trust is to promote education in developing countries through the support of small scale organisations setting up and running schools or educational facilities. Orphan Aid Malawi has simple aims: survive, learn, earn we will be a link between training and qualified clinicians who can donate time in clinics and hospitals in Malawi. We will sponsor AIDS orphans in boarding secondary schools throughout Malawi to help them become economically independent adults with reasonable employment opportunities from mining, manufacturing, fishing, farming or tourism

Care Farming

We engage with all ages through the provision a wide variety of sporting, media and environmentally based activities designed develop personal and physical skill sets. Promotion of permaculture approach to sustainable resources and holistic approach to agriculture and living within Ethiopia with the initial and current geographical focus being on Konso in Southern Ethiopia. Strawberry Fields Eco Lodge and Schumba Integrated Eco Designs plc have been the facilitators to which the charity has applied its funds to date.

A Better Life undertakes the relief of poverty in Ulaan Baatar. Mongolia. The trustees consider that one of the better, long term ways of achieving this goal is through promoting sustainable communities. The Trust concentrates its work in particular on re-housing homeless families, often single parent, and a farming project enabling these communities to become as self sufficient as possible.

Rural Policing Liaison Group are involved with a number of activities throughout the year, We have purchased Mobile cameras to monitor wildlife crime. Also we are in the throws of setting up our fourteenth annual awards evening where we award a Police Officer, Three members of the public, A young person, and a farmer, for their work in wildlife and conservation.

We are gowing crops in Mozambique at the moment but have not started the building program.

To promote and advance the arts, culture, education, local and agricultural heritage through the medium of projects, theatre, events, festivals, visual arts, outreach work, training classes and workshops for the benefit of the general public with the aim of improvement and enhancement to the persons served.

We promote the education (both practical and academic) of young people interested in a career or studying in land based industries. We award grants, scholarships and bursaries. Applicants must be between 18 and 26 and a member of an Essex Young Farmers' club.

Building community based schools for orphans in rural Zambia. Drilling bore holes for clean drinking and feeding and clothing the orphans.

Plant for Peace aims to assist rural communities and smallholder farmers in (post) conflict zones to achieve food security and sustainable economic development. Plant for Peace also includes elements that will lead to economic growth and financial benefits to the wider population.
