Nuevas Esperanzas UK serves poor communities in Nicaragua through projects which provide practical and technical assistance in support of sustainable development. Projects include water and sanitation, agriculture, environmental management and education, and follow a model of holistic, transformational development which addresses material and spiritual needs in a culturally appropriate manner.

We provide a weekly Day Care Centre service to a rural catchment area in Northern Rother based in the Northiam Villiage Hall. It provides a convivial environment helping to rekindle the "social spark" that has dimmed in some solitary folk. We incorporate an EXTEND exercise session into our day and provide a two course luncheon cooked on the premises, followed by stimulating speakers.
