We raise funds for village projects which will regenerate the local community. Our first project has been to help in the launch of a community shop and internet cafe. The shop provides employment to c 60 volunteeer staff and to two paid staff. The MicroAid Projects is established to empower smallholder farmers through the promotion of self-help, entrepreneurial skills via mobile phones to rural communities in Indonesia. Each smallholder is given free subscription to MicroAid's mobile application with the aim of giving someone the opportunity to learn a new skill that may help them themselves get out of poverty.

A particular object of the Trust is the provision of financial support for a full-time minister based at Cranford Baptist Church. Robin Asgher commenced employment with the Cranford Support Trust on 6 April 2011. His role is to fulfil all the duties of a pastor in respect of Cranford Baptist Church including preaching, teaching, leadership, pastoral and children?s and young people?s work.
