FAITH TEMPLE MINISTRIES is a family church in Liverpool. We are currently involved in various activities in the local community; Employability skills training, tutoring for school age children, mentoring teenage parents, befriending and helping the elderly and various other initiatives.

To advance the education of, and promote social inclusion and independence for, blind and visually impaired people by creating and supporting projects to progress the development and use of Braille and other tactile media, thereby improving literacy and broadening access to employment.

OCLG, based in Ore, Hastings aims to create greater literacy and numeracy skills, learning and employment opportunities for local residents by operating a community library which will benefit the individuals and the local economy by widening access to quality, focussed resources, including the borrowing of books and access to digital resources, e.g. computers, the Internet, printers and scanners.

No grant shall be made or paid to or for the benefit of any person unless they are in need of the financial assistance so afforded.

To provide disadvantaged and disaffected young people who are not currently accessing mainstream services or agencies with the basic skills required to allow them access to vocational training and employment opportunities. The project will work with a wide range of young people throughou the Borough including those young people who are not in employment, education or training (NEET's).

Upendo provides ethical, sustainable and entrepreneurial support for disadvantaged youngsters in the Mwanza region of Tanzania. The principle aim of Wigan Sea Cadets is to engage young people 10-18 through a nautical theme, based on traditions and values of the Royal Navy in extra curricular education and training. Albanian European Trust programme is an active user led organization that runs to advance the education and training of the Albanian speaking people in the UK particularly so as to enable them to take full and active roles in their communities, provide advice and to help them find employment.

Providing educational and cultural activities for the elderly ( over the age of 55) who are no longer in full time employment. The activities consist of lectures, seminars, classes and visits to the theatre, museums and other similar culture attractions.

Esteem Foundation offers support to the vulnerable members of the community. We provide food provision to struggling families, employment guidance to unemployed people, crime prevention activities to young adults, community engagement to the elderly. We support disadvantaged people living in Southwark and surrounding areas. We amplify the sense of belonging and respect for cultural diversity.

Working with students with disabilities to develop skills and confidence to move to self employment. We also work with schools to encourage grow your own fruit and veg, local colleges and communityThe woods are used for people with end of life illness to spend time and people from care homes are also welcomed to spend time here either sitting and enjoying the views or doing a spot of gardening.

We support, by volunteer work teams and limited finance, projects providing training and worthwhile activity for unemployed, disabled, pensioners, Children's Home youngsters et al; and also in schools, hospitals etc as requested.
