A uniformed youth organisation which provides education, training and rewarding leisure time activities which can increase the practical and personal skills of our young people to carry them through into adulthood and future employment. We are open to all young people aged 10 - 18 years throughout Newport City and outlying areas. We are part of the Marine Society and Sea Cadet Corps.

The PTA builds the school community, supports the school, provides a voice for parents and raises funds for St John's School, Clifton. Funds are raised via (1) Events such as Christmas and May Fairs (2) Gift aid giving and (3) Local business support, and are used for eg, new playground and ICT equipment and refurbishment of the school library.

The principal activity of the charity is the development of and creation of opportunities for women, young people and families in the Rotherham area as well as providing opportunities for training and employment for the communities within the Borough of Rotherham.

The charitable purposes of Westerham U3A are to advance education of people who live locally to Westerham and who are not in full time employment but who are in their Third Age. Members should be interested in joining all sorts of interest groups such as theatre, poetry, languages, walking, yoga, ukulele etc and in meeting new people at Coffee Mornings and Open Meetings listening to talks.

Our aim is to effect positive change in our community. We want to see all people from every race, religion, sexual orientation or social status achieve to their highest postential. U3A Leeds is devoted to lifelong learning, providing opportunities for those in the Leeds area no longer in full time employment to share skills and interests by learning together.We hold fortnightly general meetings, usually with a speaker, and have special interest groups where members can share their knowledge, skills, and experiences.

To advance the education of the public and in particular of older people no longer in full time gainful employment in Chester and its surrounding locality. The sorts of activities the Trust typically supports for pupils and former pupils of Bolton School include:- Duke of Edinburgh Award and scouting expeditions;- work experience and volunteering abroad;- cultural, educational and sporting trips abroad; and- fundraising projexts.

NB4U befriend 'lifer' Prisoners in local prisons. The Co-Founders and volunteers visit 10 prisoners every month We accompany them on ROTL's and Home Leaves. We attend Parole Hearings and on release meet them 'at the gate' and take them to their Hostels providing essential items. Our motto is 'Befriending Prisoners, mentoring Ex-Offenders so they NEVER re-offend again' and it works!
