The company provides professional work experience and tours to National Arts venues, Schools and Colleges. Performances are often accompanied by workshops. The company provides ongoing dance classes for young artists and young people. Dancers, designers and musicians become part of the company.

The principle objective of the charity is to provide and promote to young people, from all backgrounds (especially those from under-represented groups) career opportunities in the professions and trades connected to the BuiltEnvironment.
