The Pump (East Birmingham) Ltd is an intergrated hub of service providers working to support the development of young people with a focus on skills, employment and training.

GrowTH was founded by local churches to serve the homeless of Tower Hamlets. Our main project is an emergency night shelter, open for seven months of the year. Guests in the shelter are given resettlement and employment support. GrowTH also has a housing project, offering affordable accommodation to the homeless. Guests are given the opportunity to explore the Christian faith should they wish.

Befriending service offering practical support, group participation and individual mentoring for vulnerable pregnant women or new mothers. Relationships and Sexual Health Education project for local young people and targeted groups.

The trust strives to serve the community. It provides education, cultural, social and spiritual activities. Runs a primary school, secondary girls school, provides short ICT training courses, Arabic classes, classes in qur'an recitation, summer youth activities, holds conferences, seminars, lectures, provides counselling, organises pilgrimage trips, offers prayer facilities, and pastoral care.

Track Academy helps young people realise they are more than the circumstances they are born into, fulfil their true potential and develop as positive members of their community. Track Academy?s strategic headings namely; Educational Support; Athlete Development and Mentoring helps young people are affected by the social and economic condition of both the environment and the people around them.

PROMOTING THE REHABILITATION OF PRISON LEAVERS, THOSE ON COMMUNITY SENTENCES OR THOSE AT RISK OF BEING IMPRISONED AND REDUCE RE-OFFENDING, IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND SUPPORT, LIFE SKILLS, MENTORING AND ADVICE, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT. We support vulnerable girls aged 11-16 with trauma-informed learning, mentoring, and well being programs,helping them overcome barriers and thrive in education and work, and life.

We run a 6-month long You Make It holistic programme empowering young, unemployed and underemployed women, with the confidence, networks, skills, knowledge and experiences needed to break out of poverty into financially independent lives with reflect greater integration with the social and cultural life of their city. Beneficiaries are largely from Hackney and Tower Hamlets.

The Vine Centre offers personalised support to its beneficiaries which include specialist mental health, anger management and addiction as well as support for general well being, budgeting, housing and benefits. We offer training opportunities, help to find employment and online IT courses. Our offer includes numeracy and literacy support, groups to stop social isolation and art therapy.

To support vulnurable adults both homeless and those threatened by homelessness. We provide short term supported accommodation for up to seven adults. This service provides 24 hour support and offers the opportunity for individuals to look at the issues that contributed to their homelessness. We deliver basic living skills and employability training and assist in finding long term accommodation.

Inspire!, the education business partnership, delivers work-related learning, enterprise education and work experience to young people aged 3-24 from Hackney and neighbouring boroughs. By linking businesses and their employees with schools, we inspire, support and open doors for young people, giving them access to a world of choices and opportunities that may otherwise have remained out of reach.

We support the long term recovery and reintegration of the most socially excluded members of society across Merseyside. We provide individually tailored packages to assist with re-entry into mainstream activities such as employment, education, or voluntary work.
