BRC's main activity is to provide an open access drop-in facility, providing Information Advice & Guidance (IAG), help with CVs and jobsearch, as well as learning opportunities in basic skills, ESOL, IT and book-keeping. We also provide counselling and help with benefits, housing and other issues.

The Preschool is concerned with the education of children from 0 - 5 years of age. It provides employment for suitably experienced and qualified people from the local community and encourages the study of the needs of such children and their families. It also promotes the public interest and recogniton of such needs in the local area.

We provide a 1:1 mentoring service and group mentoring programmes for teenage girls aged 10-18. These focus on building self esteem, confidence and self worth for girls who are struggling with issues that hold them back from being released into their fullest potential. We also provide events and workshops for girls to participate.

MASKK provide affordable After School & Holiday Childcare, Short Breaks for children with disabilities, a variety of Kids Clubs, Open access Activities, Family Stay and Plays, and other activities the community require or request through regular consultation. The Sidewalk Youth Organisation has been working in Scarborough for over 30 years, and was founded by Churches Together in 1989. Sidewalk's emphasis is on meeting the needs of young people where they are. We aim to provide ongoing support and informal education for young people, with a view to building better communities. Our focus is Detached Youth Work, Mentoring and Creative Group Work.

The provision of a one to one mentoring service to young people who are at risk of disengaging from their learning. Our aim is to improve their engagement in learning and the service is delivered mainly but not exclusively delivered in schools and can include support to the families of these young people. Mentor link operates in the Midlands and South Midlands area.

We have been offering group support to survivors of torture - offering group counselling in their mother tongue, english classes and therapeutic art classes, as well as trying to enroll them in existing services.

Provides full and part time daycare and education primarily to those from black and ethnic minority backgrounds, those on low incomes and single parents.Provides early years education training and mentoring.

ATOL will provide Supported Living in a domiciliary care setting, allowing service users to access work experience, internships, volunteering & hopefully paid employment whilst enjoying a caring familiar home setting with likeminded people. ATOL will ensure access to social activities and our people will develop skills to help them achieve higher levels of independent living eg catering/gardening.
