Providing a home for unwanted animals and birds and trying to rehome them if possible. Undertaking the development, enhancement and protection of the local flora and fauna. Community work through running an organic growing scheme.

Promote the craft of beekeeping in an urban environment through education of our members and interested members of the general public. Promote the needs of pollinating insects other than honey bees, through media appearances, public outreach and collaborations with local councils, other organisations and academics. Develop and deliver pollinator forage-planting projects throughout London.

Ariael visits small to medium animal rescues currently in the south-east of England to assess where Ariael might be able to benefit the animals directly in their reception, housing, care and treatment.Ariael also visits and studies relatively small islands off the west coast of Scotland to promote the protection and improvement of the natural environment including through the provision of grants

To secure the protection, preservation, restoration and improvement of the character and amenities of the London Borough of Harrow, for the benefit and enjoyment of the public generally and especially the inhabitants of Harrow.

Clay Hill Community Association manages the Riverside Community Centre at Rosemoor Gardens, Newbury, and uses it as a base for its activities such as school holiday clubs and free food distribution. We make halls available to hire for private events, and support many local organisations that use our halls and rooms for purposes that benefit the whole local community and the natural environment.

To promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment by supporting access and conservation projects and programmes that both protect the cliff and mountain environment and the wider countryside and also promote responsible and sustainable use of these environments for the public benefit of walking, climbing, hill walking and mountaineering.

The Friends of Gledhow Valley Woods aim to protect, enhance and conserve Gledhow Valley Woods. We want to make the woods the best they can be for wildlife with good access for all the users of the woods. We hold monthly action mornings to carry out tasks such as building and maintaining footpaths, wild flower meadow management, bulb planting and litter picking.

Advocacy of sustainable community development in the local area (predominantly Worcestershire) . Promotion of renewable energy projects and other environmental activities which add to the well-being of the local community.

The Society promotes the study, recording and publishing of information concerning the wildlife of Suffolk, along with its geology and geomorphology. Each year the Society publishes two journals in addition to a newsletter. Its wildlife recorders regularly provide information to other similar organisations and conservation bodies within the county.

East London Waterworks Park is committed to promoting the conservation, preservation and improvement of the physical and natural environment for the public benefit by purchasing land, opening it up to public access and returning it to nature. It also promotes biodiversity and prudent use of natural resources.

WE ARE A SELF-HELP ORGANISATION FOR RETIRED PEOPLE PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL, CREATIVE & LEISURE OPPORTUNITIES IN A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. OUR MAIN MONTHLY GENERAL MEETING (FULL MEMBERS ONLY) ON THE SECOND TUESDAY OF THE MONTH IS HELD IN THE RISBOROUGH COMMUNITY CENTRE. THE 29 GROUPS (FULL AND ASSOCIATE MEMBERS) RANGE FROM ANTIQUES & COLLECTABLES TO WILDLIFE AND MEET MONTHLY AT VARIOUS PLACES & TIMES.
