The National Energy Foundation is an independent charity working to improve the use of energy in buildings in the UK. Global Environment Centre - Europe is part of the overall Global Environment Centre network which supports actions to address environmental issues of global importance including climate change, biodiversity, water resources and sustainable development.

The W.I. plays an unique role in providing women with educational opportunities and the chance to build new skills, to take part in a wide variety of activities and learn new crafts.
