Pinhoe Community Hub is a community-led initiative to develop a new community centre, housing library, desperately needing of a new home, a contemporary community centre, with a cafe, meeting rooms and IT access, to meet the needs of the expanding community of Pinhoe. At this stage in the project we are developing the plans for the building and raising funds to build it

Christians Against Poverty Peterborough provides free debt counselling, Job Clubs and coffee mornings for client support. The Community Shop is a place to meet, serving tea, cake and selling second-hand items. Foodbank team provides food parcels; Acts435 provides grants for those in need; Hope into Action houses 2 people locally.

Memory Cafes held monthly in Kingskerswell & Ipplepen, the monthly Lunch Club & twice monthly coffee mornings in Kingskerswell, sharing the running of the community cafe, taking part in community fetes, fun days & other events.Transport services to GP, hospital/well-being appointments, social trips/visits, shopping/home visits/befriending & links to other local voluntary/statutory services.

We run a Grief Play Cafe and an Intergenerational Bereavement Choir, in Worthing, West Sussex. The Cafe and Choir are safe spaces for children and their families, to come to be together, to not feel so isolated and have an opportunity to be around families going through similar experiences of loss.

The aim of the charity is to promote the Christian ethos for the residents of Seneley Green and surrounding areas through church services, prayer and cakes, community cafe toddler groups, knit 7 Knatter, craft groups, reading group, coffee mornings, youth fellowship, messy church. art classes , low aerobics, supporting yearly Mac Millan and operation Christmas child.

The charity operates a homeless feeding scheme in conjunction with Project 58:7, an initiative of Churches Together Basildon. We also run a Cafe' on weekdays for the lonely, isolated and vulnerable in our community. Our church meets weekly on a Sunday morning for community, worship and bible study. We also run small groups throughout the week for the purpose of connecting.

Park Community Action operates in one of the most deprived areas of Sheffield. We run a local forum and a community centre which includes a volunteer run library, a cafe and youth club. The objects are to improve the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the area by advancing education and by providing facilities for social and leisure time activities

Gateshead clubhouse is a mental health community hub run entirely by its members. We have a community cafe with Internet access for our members, we run various activities from the clubhouse as well as out in the community.

Lydia's is a charity Coffee Shop situated in Gretton, Northamptonshire. It exists to provide a meeting place for friends and a forum where the Christian gospel can be shared. Any excess funds will be made available to local groups

Dartmouth Food Bank is a small independent charity run by volunteers. We mainly depend on money & food donations from the community residents & businesses. We support clients from Dartmouth & surrounding villages (7 mile radius).We are supported with other client connected organisations every week. Also offer free cafe and activity club
