We are a community centre based between West End and Townhill Park, regular users are various keep fitness classes, home schooling, dance classes, dog training. Also hired for private parties.

Our PTFA runs regular events such as school discos, Christmas & Summer Fairs, duck race in the village and events such as a race night in order to raise funds to support the school. The charity is based at the Primary school but on some occasions local venues such as the community centre are used to hold events.

We maintain and manage a community centre in Alverthorpe Wakefield. We offer rooms that can be hired at a reasonable rent by community groups and local small businesses. We organise a variety of one off events throughout the year in order to bring the community together

Bettws in Bloom aims to promote the educational, leisure and environmental opportunities for our local community. We provide rooms and office space for the use of individuals, local groups and organisations for events, meetings and community activities. We also encourage volunteers to tend, maintain and use our gardens and encourage environmental and horticultural activities within our community.

The Kettering Mencap Gateway Club operates on Wednesday evenings from 7 until 9pm at The Crescents Community Centre in Kettering. The social evening for adults over 18 years with a Learning Disability has a programme of events including Bingo, Discos, Bowling and Games. Refreshments are also included.

Management trustees manage the Llangwm Community Centre building and organise specific fund-raising activities to maintain the building for community use e.g. lunches/concerts/shows/suppers.

The Hub offers relaxed weekly meet up based at Greyfriars Community Centre. Veterans from the Ringwood and surrounding area can drop in to share the company of others who have served in the armed forces, merchant navy, or emergency services.

the Friends of St Mary's Petworth was established to help maintain the historic church as the community centre for music and the arts and other non-spiritual activities such as the Petworth Festival and Petworth Literary Festival. During 2013 we carried out a major project to update and improve the sound system. During 2015 we carried out a major project to improve the Nave lighting.

RAISING FINANCE TO BUILD CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE THAT WE WILL DEVELOP ARE IN ILFORD CENTRAL, INDIA, ANGOLA, ALBANIA, BOLIVIA AND BRAZIL,WE WILL PROVIDE A COMMUNITY CENTRE THAT WILL SERVE AS A MULTI PURPOSE FACILITY, HOUSING A TRAINING CENTRE, SKILLS WORKSHOP, AFTER SCHOOL CARE FACILITIES AND MUCH MORE. COMMUNITY LOCAL AREA WHERE WE WORK WITH CHILDREN.

Rooting for Andover supports allotments and community gardens in the Test Valley area. We hold regular volunteer days at our main garden at Poppy Park adjacent to the grounds of the Augusta Park Community centre. Throughout the year, we hold a variety of community events in the garden which are advertised on social media. We are open to all and everyone is welcome.

To establish a community centre that promotes and benefits the residents of Shiremoor without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions by associating the Local Authority, voluntary organisations and residents in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare, recreation and leisure time to improve life.
