The charity seeks to provide a community centre in the Parish of Burgh on Bain and Girsby and secure the future of the historic monument, the church of St. Helens, by raising funds to maintain and improve the church building & community centre.

We meet every Tuesday morning for lively chat, support, gentle exercise and low impact exercise such as yoga & pilates. These exercises and stretches are specifically tailored for people living with a chronic pain condition and may be carried out seated. The main activity of Paulsgrove Community Association is to maintain and manage Paulsgrove Community Centre so that voluntary and community organisations have a place to meet, children and young people have sports facilities, there is a place for people to meet and a franchised cafe which provides meals. The Association also runs lunch clubs for people over fifty five years of age.
