Providing accommodation for all local groups, clubs, families and societies to enjoy all the normal facilities of a community centre for as low a price as possible (lowest in the area). Facilities include;- dancing, dance tuition (incl ballet), meeting rooms, sports and recreation, parties and celebrations, garden clubs & societies, stroke club, slimming classes, toddlers groups.

COMMUNITY CENTRE

Provide a place of worship, hold study circles to teach the practice of religion, teach people how to read Quran in arabic and celibrate all the religious festivals.

To provide, maintain and develop the facilities of a village hall and community centre for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Stithians in the County of Cornwall for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the local community. Fundraising in support of these aims.

The Top Valley Community Centre aim to provide a range of activities and services for the local and wider communities. Some of our regular activities include sports, Faith groups, Zumba, fitness sessions (Y.M.C.A), Slimming World, Tenants and Residents Association. Craft and Chat , Coffee mornings.

Place of Worship, educational and learning for local people

We run a multi activity community centre. We house the local community Police team and Community library , Army Cadets, Dance Tazia and other groups including alternative educational lessons. . A Spiritualist church meet weekly, film and lunch clubs for the elderly use the centre regularly as well as children's parties. Community groups attend the centre for activities/training and meetings.

The Mount Pleasant Centre manages a community centre in Bradford on Avon, with three rooms for hire to individuals, social, health and community groups. In addition two permanent offices are rented on long term leases. The second building on the site is leased to the Mount Pleasant Social Club. Income is used to operate & maintain the buildings both of which are Grade II Listed.

Pinhoe Community Hub is a community-led initiative to develop a new community centre, housing library, desperately needing of a new home, a contemporary community centre, with a cafe, meeting rooms and IT access, to meet the needs of the expanding community of Pinhoe. At this stage in the project we are developing the plans for the building and raising funds to build it

Still working hard to maintain the Village Hall, which is now 29 years old. We have replaced heating, doors, flooring and the kitchen in the hall. The car park has been refurbished, and we opened our new playground summer 2013. We have refurbished toilets, installed new internal dividing doors, renewed fences,created a community library. A local football club uses the centre as their home base.

To advance in the Islamic faith throughout England and Wales for the benefit of the public in accordance with the Statement of Faith mainly but not exclusively through the holding of services and meetings, religious and supplementary education, maintaining a library of Islamic literature, outreach and pastoral care.

The St John's Community Centre, Isleworth, TW7 6RU is an old school now managed by volunteers to enable all sections and ages of the community (including the disabled) to hire time in which to organise and run their own activities. It has a large hall (maximum persons 220) 2 small halls (70-85) and one meeting room (40) with large kitchen.
