We endeavour to run it in an efficient way as cost effectively as possible. We organise social events in Lawn Community Centre and promote activities elsewhere in the neighbourhood. We support local groups when appropriate.

Christians Against Poverty Peterborough provides free debt counselling, Job Clubs and coffee mornings for client support. The Community Shop is a place to meet, serving tea, cake and selling second-hand items. Foodbank team provides food parcels; Acts435 provides grants for those in need; Hope into Action houses 2 people locally.

PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMUNITY CENTRE AND PLAYING FIELDS

Community Centre is for the use of the inhabitants of Menai Bridge and the neighbourhood, for meetings, education, recreation and leisure activities

The property and the trust fund and its income shall be applied for the purposes of a community centre and to provide and maintain a recreation ground and playing field for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of Scredington and neighbourhood.Including the use of the property for meetings, lectures and classes or other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation.

Maintenance and management of St Aidan's Community Centre

The charity aim is to work with the community to provide, grounds and facilities for recreation and sports activities, encompassing all age groups.

The Centre actively promotes Cultural, Education and Leisure activities with actricive financial hire rates.The venue is also a popular venue for Socil events, with local families/residents; but all are welcome.

We have raised funds for the construction of a Parish Community Centre in Checkley, Stoke On Trent. We manage this centre & constantly strive to improve facilities & services.

We enter partnerships with not-for-profit organizations, in Greece, who work with vulnerable children, such as orphanages and after-school community centres. At their premises, we offer classes in digital skills, by qualified teachers, whom we employ for this purpose. We provide the educational material and any necessary equipment, including laptops and robotics kits, all at our cost.

Lee Green Lives is a community group that aims to support the local community in Lee Green, Lewisham, ensuring residents have a say in local issues, and run activities and services from a community centre, including healthy exercises, sewing, knitting and a computer class, Support & Advocacy (benefits, housing, etc.), a Warm Space - especially targeting the economically and socially disadvantaged.

We lease Melvin Hall from LBB which we run as a Community Centre. We hire out the halls to raise finances to cover the maintenance of the building and provide deprived/disabled groups with social events and activities. We work closely with the local community, charities and groups, providing venues for meetings and activities at reduced charges where ever possible.

We look after the upkeep of the village Hall in Spooner Row. We are able to do this by renting the hall out to local organisations & businesses

The charity was set up to build a new community centre in Forest Green, Nailsworth. Building work commenced in November 2010. The Centre opened for business in July 2011.
