The Pearson Bequest was established from a legacy left to The Church of the Ascension in the 1966, for the purpose ofthe church building fund. It has been under the administration of the incumbent and the elected churchwardens (thetrustees of the charity) since that time. The trustees have identified the need for a new community centre

Providing a community centre for the villages of Braunston & Brooke.

The Oxford Hindu Temple and Community Centre facilitates Hindu prayer gatherings, represents Hinduism in interfaith organisations, and organises cultural events open to all community members. We're constructing a new temple to serve as a place of worship and community centre. Fundraising events support this project and our spiritual and cultural activities.

The charity was established to raise the funds required to build a community centre. There were many groups using a decaying Scout Hut which was no longer fit for purpose and had to be demolished. Funds were raised and a new centre was built. The primary aim of the charity now is the on-going running and maintenance of the new centre for local community groups on a non for profit basis.

The charity continues to support all residents in an outer city estate in a Leicester City Council building. It acts as an umbrella group to support and guide many small groups. Fulwell Community Association operates Fulwell Community Centre in Chapman Street, Fulwell. We offer a warm and inviting space to hire. Rooms can be booked out to facilitate recreation and leisure interests of social welfare, for the benefit of the community. Available to hire: hall and stage area with overhead projector, wellbeing room and kitchen. Toilets and baby changing. Capacity 90.

The Village Hall is used as a community centre by the Parish Council, Pilates, Yoga and other activities. It is also used as a Polling Station when needed. The hall has a fully equipped kitchen, disabled toilet and access, the floor is carpeted and there is a good heating system, upgrading the hall is ongoing.The condition of the roof continues to cause concern.

We are a community centre that offers room space for hire for anyone wishing to hire the centre, the centre is well used and open 7 days each week. The centre is run by volunteers with one part time employee who is the caretaker and he works 20 hours per week.

Hubberts Bridge Community Centre provides the facility for local groups to meet for many forms of sport and recreation. Also available to hire for weddings, parties, fund raising events etc. The committee are continually reinvesting to update and keep the centre one of the most sought after venues in the area.

Springhead Community Centre is a thriving hub of the community, managed for the benefit of the citizens of Oldham in general, and of Springhead and the surrounding area in particular.We see it as a base for other voluntary organisations in the area, and as a facility promoting health through exercise and social interaction for our older citizens.

We run a community centre and engage in conservation, community engagement and development activities and projects within Pentrebane, the wider community of Cardiff and South Wales. We hire out facilities to third parties that provide or offer services, employment, benefits to our local and wider communities in line with our constitutional aims. CAMAD is a volunteer centre and community support project covering the Dovey Valley in Mid-Wales. We promote and encourage volunteering and help potential volunteers find suitable opportunities. We also run community support activities, using volunteers, such as community transport, meals on wheels,lunch clubs and Foot care and "PATHWAYS Drop inn for people with Mental Health problems.

The primary objective of the charity is to elevate the educational attainment of primary aged children who encounter difficulties in mathematics and English. This will be achieved through the delivery of supplemental educational programs designed to reinforce core subject knowledge. The organisation will be carrying out the activities in the rooms of local community centre.
