The Crick Old School manages a community centre, based in the centre of the village, for the benefit of the local community. The trustees operate a community hub from the building that's registered with the local authority's Warm Spaces schemes and NHS Primary Care providers.

Our aim is to help improve the quality of life of both adults and children in rural Uganda. Working as a humanitarian, community based organisation, we have delivered a number of sustainable community projects including building a school hostel for girls, a large community centre and supporting women's groups and educating students through sponsors, along with livelihood projects for young people.

LCA's vision is to encourage & help the villagers of Andhra Pradesh, India out of poverty & into a better standard of life. To assist in this a number of projects are taking place: - Construction of worship/community centres - Bore wells - Educational assistance to disadvantaged children & adult learning - Support and rehabilitation of disabled persons - Self sufficiency projects

The Charity provides meeting accommodation for a whole range of local community activities, including social, educational and keep fit activities. It is particularly interested in providing a place for disabled and hard to reach groups to meet. It also provides for local groups to hire the hall at reasonable rates for their own activities.

WE HIRE THE COMMUNITY CENTRE OUT FOR TRAINING COMPUTER COURSES ANY GROUPS THE REQUIRE SPACE FOR ACTIVITIES

We provide a clean safe community centre, with disable access, a disabled toilet complete with baby changing facility, and an adjoining open field containing a youth shelter, basketball net, a football practice wall, a football pitch, cricket square, and two tennis courts with floodlights, which are available for use by all sectors of the community.
