The charity was set up to project manage the the refurbishment and improvement of the play facilities which included the grounds and equipment known as Copley Play Area for the benefit of the children in the parish. This included obtaining funding for the project and the continuing maintenance of the grounds and equipment. The trustees are the parish councillors.

Provision of children's play facilities

Three Crosses Community Council provides a Community Centre for use by village residents, groups and other miscellaneous parties on a non profit making basis.

To provide sports & recreation facilities to the community.

Cricket and Rugby Fields

We have senior, youth & junior cricket & football teams. Hold village activities when open space is required. Sports pavillion is used for variety of village needs.

We are trustees of a plot of land and an amount of money left to the village following the closure of the old village hall.

General wellbeing

The charity is set up to support the Council who own the recreation ground in any developments to improve the facilities.

The Witton Park War Memorial Institute Field is a playing field in the village of Witton Park which is used for recreational purposes

The Charity assists the Sporting Activities of schools in the Spen Valley Area.
