It is used for social, recreational and fund raising including 2 coffee mornings every week, bingo, 2 bowling groups, a weekly luncheon club, dances, wedding receptions/funeral receptions and parties, educational courses, seminars, exhibitions, promotions and parish council meetings as well as other group meetings.

The principal activity of the charity is to permit West Tisted Village Hall to be used for the recreation entertainment and benefit of the inhabitants of the parish of West Tisted.

Provision and maintenance of a Village Hall and garden, for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Beverston, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, as well as recreation and leisure, with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.
