We are a mental health awareness and suicide prevention charity, we also support and help with the wellbeing of vulnerable people and families. We offer support via telephone, face to face, video meeting and we can also support you through counselling. We offer support from age 4 up-to 90. We run several local community groups offering support and we also have suicide prevention crisis response.

The Ley Community provides a structured residential treatment programme for up to 58 entrenched drug and alcohol misusers. It is run as a therapeutic community with extensive resettlement support on completing the treatment programme. Referrals are made from throughout the United Kingdom with local authorities funding treatment.

EGFR Positive UK works to promote the needs of EGFR mutation positive lung cancer patients across the UK.

We run a day centre in Spelthorne for people (aged 18-65 at referral) with mental health problems. This is a social centre with therapeutic classes in e.g. art, crafts, woodwork, dressmaking, cooking and relaxation. Two minibuses are used for daily transport and regular outings. The centre is funded by a charity shop.

The Charity supports people with sight loss across a large part of East Lancashire and offers a range of services from our refurbished Sight Advice Centre in Accrington.

We work in the field of dementia, providing awareness and information about the condition, and training in its effective management.

We 'Care for Elders' in the Community running an Adult Day Centre 5 days per week. Many suffer with dementia. We tend to their physical and mental well-being and help them escape loneliness. We also 'Care for our Youth' through our summer school and other work and 'Care for Community' through our social club and events.

We run these non-medical rehab groups:2 social and Rehab sessions, 1 for under 65s one for anyone having had a Stroke or carer. These sessions work on building confidence and concentration ,a speech and language course for members with dyspasia; and 2 weekly chair based exercise classes.We also have monthly outings in the community. We also offer home visits to assess needs.

Hawa Trust is committed to eradicating FGM in the UK, especially among African, Asian and Arab communities. Girls and young women from African communities are normally taken to Africa to undergo FGM. This is a dangerous practice which has devastating physical, psychological and emotional effects on the victims. We also address issues relating to HIV and AIDS, and domestic violence.

WAVE provides a safe and warm environment for young people between the ages of 10 and 16 to drop in to meet up with friends, have a hot meal and join in activities after school. We also provide mental health support for those who feel they need it, delivered by Motiv-8.

Gatwick TravelCare assists over 2000 passengers a year with travel related problems.
