Activities & Mission

We run these non-medical rehab groups:2 social and Rehab sessions, 1 for under 65s one for anyone having had a Stroke or carer. These sessions work on building confidence and concentration ,a speech and language course for members with dyspasia; and 2 weekly chair based exercise classes.We also have monthly outings in the community. We also offer home visits to assess needs.
