The Charity is meeting its objects of raising funds in support of the Withybush Hospital Cancer Day Unit through the sale of second hand items of clothing and household items which have been kindly donated by members of the public in support of our Appeal.

The Trust owns the listed grade 2* Eskdale Mill at Boot in Eskdale, the last working water corn mill in the Lake District National Park. The Mill is open to the public at least 5 days a week from April to end of October, and at other times by contact with the Mill Manager, Ms Kate Hughes

Downham Dementia works with people diagnosed with Dementia and their care givers. It provides a regular social cafe provides advice support information and signposts onto services that may assist them. It also organises social activities. This activity occurs in Downham Market and the surrounding villages.

Disability Active is a Charity providing sporting activities and physical exercise for adults and children with learning and physical disabilities and mental health issues in order to improve their health and confidence and ultimately enrich their quality of life.

Our activities include regular Sunday worship, fellowship, Bible studies, prayer meetings, young adults fellowship, outreach, Evangelism, Spiritual counselling for family problems & gambling/alcohol/drug habits. We aim to encourage new members of the congregation & to serve the local community. In Sep 17 we became an associate member of the CACU (UK) for increased support & diversity of speakers.

The income of the trust is applied to making grants to organisations, institutions and individuals. The aim is to contribute to peoples' quality of life by focusing on Education, Mental Health and Environmental initiatives.

We accept donations of preloved baby equipment, we then clean & maintain them, then through a referral system we donate to families in need/struggling. We raise funds to support us to be able to provide new toiletries, nappies, formula and maternity items , along side providing new mattresses with all cots, cotbeds, &moses baskets. We work with health professionals, education and social care
