To work for the assistance of persons who are suicidal, despairing or in distress by providing a service primarily intended for the benefit of persons in Bath & district and the surrounding area to enable such persons to receive immediate help, compassion and befriending from members of the charity selected and prepared for the purpose working under direction.

Headcase Cancer Trust raises money by running and supporting various events throughout the UK. All money raised is used to fund research into the causes and a possible cure for Glio Blastoma Multiforme Brain Tumours which claim the lives of around 6000 UK people annually. Headcase finances PhD researchers at Nottingham and Birmingham Universities.

To promote or assist in promoting research into causes, incidence, and effects of stillbirth or other perinatal or neonatal death. To promote the health and well-being of parents affected by the stillbirth of their child and to relieve or assist in relieving any mental or physical illness suffered by such parents as a result thereof.

We offer an umbrella of emotional and pastoral support to ladies and their families affected by cancer in the Stafford and surrounds area

TO ENABLE PERSONS IN SLOUGH, WINDSOR AND MAIDENHEAD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AS WELL AS ELSEWHERE WHO ARE EXPERIENCING FEELINGS OF DISTRESS OR DESPAIR, INCLUDING THOSE WHO MAY BE AT RISK OF SUICIDE, TO RECEIVE CONFIDENTIAL EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY OR NIGHT IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR EMOTIONAL HEALTH AND TO REDUCE THE INCIDENCE OF SUICIDE.

Our funds are spent reducing the negative impact of drug and alcohol addiction on our communities. We do this by providing free counselling, peer support and rehab support for those struggling with addiction to find recovery and lead healthy, productive lives.

We are a mental health charity open to everyone; We provide a warm safe space for people to meet together, reducing loneliness and isolation, to write creatively about generic exercises (very much user led), although you do not have to be able to write. We talk and share experiences. Our two hour workshops and refreshments are free. We aim to improve mental health and aid better quality of life.

We are a Liverpool Combined Authority based charity helping Armed Forces personnel, service leavers and veterans get access to mental health support, wellbeing, treatment and employment. We work with the local authorities very closely by supporting the most vulnerable cases including those who suffer with Complex PTSD, chronic homelessness, addiction and those who are escaping domestic violence.

The Port Men in Sheds seeks to address and alleviate the damaging health and mental illness consequences brought about by social isolation in older men often brought about by retirement, ill health and bereavement. We achieve this objective by operating a large workshop and social facility in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, where men can come together and socialise in a creative communal workshop space.

Weekly lunch to provide love and care to the disadvantaged. Deaf Church meets monthly, and Thursday Friendship group meet weekly in term time. NA, CA & AA meet on six evenings and some day time meetings.

We provide a Home Visitor service which supports our members. We run a holiday bungalow for our members and non-members. We publish a newsletter giving information.

Oscar's Wish Foundation offers comfort and support to Parents & Birthing people, family members and siblings who have experienced the devastating loss of a precious baby before (Miscarriage), during (Stillbirth) or shortly after (Neonatal) birth. We have a range of resources, information and support programmes. These have been designed to help in the days, weeks and months following a loss.

Our vision is to help all bereaved families living within Gainsborough and the surrounding area, who have lost a family member to suicide receive the financial assistance they need.

Matts Mission Children's Charity grants wishes to seriously ill children with Cancer and Special Needs. The charity aim is all about making children's smiles glow, we provide family trips as well as gifts to children in a hospital or hospice. The charity has an adapted holiday home in which we provide free breaks for the whole family. We also offer sibling support sessions.

A drop in centre for people with Multiple Sclerosis, their family and carers. We aim to help them cope with the affects of this disability through therapies, exercise and listening
