Raise Your Voice is a music project for vulnerable people living with dementia and their carers, based in the area around Lewes, East Sussex. Each session is run by two professional musicians, (singer and pianist). They are supported by a team of volunteers with a wealth of experience of working with vulnerable adults in social care, as well as in the legal profession.

Oxfordshire Discovery College provides informal learning programmes to children and young people, along with their parents, carers and professionals, on mental health topics. These programmes are designed and delivered by Experts-by-Training and Experts-by-Experience, to develop resilience, skills, understanding and support networks, and to improve wellbeing.

The main areas of activity this year saw the development of the Inner Vision Music Workshops for Visually Impaired people into 5 areas of London, and the National Tour of the Inner Vision Orchestra These activities have been celebrated in national and regional media including the BBC. The Orchestra and workshops were held under the direction of Baluji Shrivastav OBE, supported by Linda Shanson.

WE PROVIDE YOGA AND KEEP FIT TO MUSIC SESSIONS, ADVICE AND INFORMATION SEMINARS ON A RANGE OF HEALTH AND SAFETY MATTERS, OUTREACH SERVICE PROVIDING HOME AND HOSPITAL VISITS. REGULAR CLINICS HELD BY PSYCHOLOGIST. VISITS AND TRIPS.

The aim of our Club is focused at encouraging more Children, Young people & Adults from all walks of life, broken homes, at risk of crime, truancy or addiction etc to participate in sports, particularly boxing to promote Health and Fitness and provide a focus for skills and confidence development thus making a Positive difference to their lives. .
