Activities & Mission

The purpose of the project is to provide accessible and free structured coaching, health and well-being sessions tovulnerable community groups across the Wirral; including children with SEN's, disadvantaged young people and adults (55+), people with mental health issues, post cancer care patients; including structured support to help with recovery.
