The charity exists to identify any potential gaps and provide bridge between organisations and services that support mental health & well-being in the local community. We meet regularly with organisations to collate activities and services and to signpost the service user to availability.We also seek to provide a user friendly directory of services.

Providing financial, practical and emotional support to those diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and their families/carers through appropriate referral and signposting in a way that will improve quality of life. Supporting research into pancreatic cancer.Working in partnership to achieve better outcomes.The charity operates across the UK.

The National Maternity Support Foundation (NMSF) is a registered charity set up following the tragic stillbirth of Jake Canter due to the nearest hospital maternity unit being closed. NMSF's founding principles are to take a 'proactive educative approach' to maternity care occupying the 'sensible middle ground' of public opinion and to help improve maternity care and stop these closures happening.

To hold Fundraising Art Exhibitions and Spiritual Events in order to raise funds and awareness for Fibromyalgia, To run Creative Workshops in Mental Health and Well Being for Chronic pain and Fibromyalgia sufferers. Most activities are held within our church space. We currently operate from West Kirby Spiritualist Church and Madelainartz ONLINE platforms due to Covid Changes.

Supports Cancer Sufferers and their families, friends and carers.

Our organisation will be providing assistance to the drug/alcohol addicts in the streets through advice, counselling and encouraging them to quit addiction and to seek medical assistance in medical centres. - Taking care of children from brocken family by assisting them with education and other activities that will enhance their capabilty- Run a youth club to help the youth fight crime

Providing practical and financial aid to families of premature babies to help lessen the burden during the critical first few weeks by means of emergency accommodation, parking / travel expenses , essential equipment , specialist supplies and personalised journey bears

To provide support to educational programmes, training activities and relevant research projects in the area of mental health and health related matters in general.

The Charity supports those newly diagnosed with Dementia and the immediate Family Carer/s in the Area of South Warwickshire.We support those referred to us, and also fund Community awareness events along with 'starting up' local Carer Groups in the area offering both friendship and advice. We continue to lobby for improvements in Dementia Awareness and Care in the Area.

To help patients and their families undergoing treatment for leukaemia or cancer in particular but not exclusively by providing financial assistance.

Main activities this year have been fundraising events, Cycle rides, raffles/10km runs/marathons/cake sales/Easter Fair/golf day/Rugby festival/Christmas Fair. We take information flyers & banners outlining Jakes story, the symptoms of Brain tumours/awareness/ informing healthcare professionals of symptoms & the need for early scans. Our social media sites updated with info on new research.

We give support to persons with special needs in Nigeria and Ghana through training and school fees payment. We are also growing our membership and volunteers. We are planning for the Future Talks in school. A day Science Expo for the blind. And our December Hands on Science Camp and Charity fund raising event in Sheffield, and others. We are opening Charity Shops.

Current years donations made in support of education, cancer relief, childrens hospie's and masonic welfare of the elderly.

We raise funds through sponsored events and donations from individuals and companies. We provide support and financial assistance by way of donations/grants to charities, associations, institutions or any other body or individual whose activities include research, support or treatment of patients, and/or their families, suffering from cancer and/or requiring neurological surgery.

We provide recorded material read from local newspapers for the blind and visually impaired to listen to.

RUNNING A WEEKLY (MONDAY AFTERNOON) CLUB MEETING WITH VARIOUS ACTIVITIES INCLUDING CRAFT, POETRY READINGS,QUIZZES, MUSICAL EVENTS, SPEAKERS, OUTINGS AND LUNCHES.

Provides a recordiing of the local weekly newspaper, the Beccles and Bungay Journal, plus a quarterly magazine and a music tape.

School Parent Teacher Association for Mary Hare School for Deaf students. To provide funds for equipment, activities etc for the children at the school.

Raise awareness of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) within the African/Caribbean and Ethnic minority communities via seminars, conferences, workshops and giving presentations at other kinds of events.

Outreach activities for children during weekends and holidays; parties, holidays trips, deaf awareness and other training seminars aimed at providing deaf people with social skills and so gain sense of belonging. Opening up a boarding primary school in Malawi providing mainstream education and special apprenticeship training and employment skills for deaf orphaned children.

To meet weekly to support Stroke Survivors, helping them improve the quality of their lives by engaging in social,physical and intellectual activities to help them maximise their faculties and to give their families a sense of community. The Stroke Club will respond, where possible, to support the specific requests of applicants to the trust who cannot afford disability aids in their homes.

Provide horse riding sessions to primary aged children who have physical and/or mental health conditions one morning per week (term time only)

The society provides practical and moral support for registered and partially sighted persons living in Todmorden. This includes the making of financial grants, visits by committee members, a monthly drop in, lunch (at present twice a year) at local hostelries and evening social gatherings (at present twice a year)

The main aim of the Emma Maltby Memorial Fund is to raise funds to employ Learning Mentors at the Teenage Cancer Trust Unit in St James's Hospital in Leeds. The Learning Mentors will assist patients to ensure that they can continue their education whilst undergoing treatment for cancer.
