The charity's main activities are (a) the provision of drop-in facilities and befriending schemes through its own branches (b) the encouragement of others to provide similar activities and appropriate pastoral care and (c) awareness and the provision of a forum for sharing experiences and ideas through its newsletter and web-site.

Wilden Shedders ia a group of individuals who come together and utilise their skills and knowledge of handicraft to benefit the local community as well as promoting and safeguarding their own mental health.

Group analysis is a way of understanding the dynamics of groups-including family groups, and increasing the well being of their members. GASW provides both group analytic psychotherapy in statutory & voluntary sector agencies for the benefit of mental health service users, and training at different levels for cliniciants and managers wishing to develop their knowledge of group analysis.

An affordable counselling service and mental health support for individuals in Newport and the surrounding areas of South Wales. Clients are encouraged to make a voluntary donation to help cover costs. Counsellors offer their services on a voluntary basis.
