Foundation for Change works with people affected by substance misuse. A main aim of the organisation is supporting our service-users to integrate and engage in society from a fresh perspective, achieved through education. We aim for individuals to feel more informed, less helpless, and better empowered in their lives as opposed to being dependent on intervention from treatment services.

Our mission is to support, inspire and empower people to move against cancer, because movement matters. Our 3 areas of work which support people impacted by cancer are; 8 week Online cancer rehab programme for young people aged 13-30 nationwide, 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer initiative linked to park run - a cancer support group with a difference and Move Your Way educational resources.

The Anthony Seddon Fund covers the Tameside area. We are a peer support mental health projects charity. We facilitate a daily peer support mental health drop-in for customers at our Centre, and crisis support service. We also facilitate a number of therapeutic and holistic therapies for people with mental health issues, and their family, friends and carers.

Fulfilling a dream provides a positive focus empowering both patient and their families with new enthusiasm and strength to deal with ongoing daily struggles of the illness. Our work helps fight the onset of post-diagnosis PTSD.

Exit Foundation reaches out to people caught up in gangs, street life, drug addiction, offending behaviour and ex-offenders and to offer them an 'exit' route via a bespoke 16-week mentoring program. This is designed to equip and prepare individuals for either employment, training or education. It provides intensive mentoring and support services, advocacy, advice/information & life coaching.

Youth Cancer Trust delivers two core services: therapeutic wellbeing holidays in Dorset and secure digital support.
