We support anyone affected by cancer, be they patients, their partners, children, friends or carers, in a safe, relaxing, friendly environment where mutual support and information can be found.We offer a range of complementary therapies.All our services are provided free of charge.

We make theatre about lived experiences of mental health. And we do this anywhere and for everyone. Fluid Motion does this through a creative engagement and touring programme, built around one overarching theme connected to mental health. We commission, make and perform theatre and use lived experience as inspiration.

Cake Club offers support and solidarity to parents in Essex (across Southend and Rochford), as a grassroots, parent-led organisation with a focus on peer support alongside more skilled support in specific areas such as infant feeding and perinatal mental health. Weekly groups run Monday-Friday, as well as monthly weekend groups. Online support is also available.

The charity operates a winter night shelter, providing overnight accommodation and food for rough sleepers and the homeless. It works, year round, to support users with other aspects of their lives. These include drug, alcohol and mental health issues, financial guidance and "move on" housing options.

To work for the assistance of persons who are suicidal, despairing or in distress by providing a service primarily intended for the benefit of persons in Preston and the surrounding area (but without specific limitation as to area) to enable such persons to receive immediate help, compassion and befriending from members of the Charity.

We provide complementary therapy treatments free of charge to people living with cancer and their carers. These include: Aromatherapy massage; Scar tissue massage; Reflexology; Reiki; Hypnotherapy; Counselling; Homeopathy; Nutrition advice; Meditation; Psychotherapy, Shiatsu, Manual lymphatic drainage.

The church is involved in the life of the surrounding area, as well as further afield, by opening its doors to anyone wishing to worship God and have fellowship with His people. We run clubs for children, teenagers and young adults. Touchdown Dance is a professional dance company of visually impaired and sighted dancers. Our aim to provide the opportunity for visually impaired people to participate in dance with sighted or other disabled people. We run workshops in schools, health and art settings and tour in the UK and abroad. We welcome commissions and collaborations. We provide information in Braille and large print.

To provide a voluntary out of hours transport service to the NHS to carry urgent and emergency blood, blood derivatives, samples, donor breast milk for premature babies, Doctors notes, and urgently required theatre equipment, between hospitals.We provide this service through the night, at weekends and Bank Holidays enabling hospital funding to be better spent on patient care.

Project Food believes that everybody should be able to eat a nutritious diet irrespective of their income, so that they can enjoy better physical and mental health. We help people to develop the skills and confidence they need to prepare nutritious food for the future. We focus on resilience, supporting people to develop ways to eat that fit in to their lives and support their health.

CORE is an essential one-stop shop in the village of Calverton, Nottingham offering information, advice and guidance, education and training, leisure courses and activities like Trace Your Ancestors, tutor-led Job Club, office services, book loan, stationery supplies, Hearing Clinic, meeting rooms, Citizens Advice Bureau, Chairbased Exercise and Yoga, Chiropody, Reflexology and Family Law Service.

Women seeking asylum in Cardiff who would otherwise birth alone are supported with regular visits from volunteers during late pregnancy; with comfort measures and nurturing presence throughout labour and delivery; then home visits to 8 weeks postnatal. We increase women's sense of their own value, their access to information, awareness of options and signpost to appropriate services.

Individual counselling for adults, aged 18 years and over, who are experiencing mental health, social and emotional difficulties that effect their everyday life. Service open to individuals across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
