Also, in furtherance to this, it offers help and relieve to everyone in need of spiritual, emotional and psychological support thought the provision of Christian counselling through the help of the Bible and the Holy Spirit which can be done inside the church.

Supporting team basis of healthcare treatment such as physio, hydrotherapy and medicines (otherwise not available in NHS and not self funded.) We plan to improve shared help via shared care booklets and advising visitors with needs who call at our shop.

For relief of sickness of patients attending eye surgery by provision of equipment and other amenities not normally provided by the doctors, and generally to support the charitable work of the said surgery.

First Responders have attended numerous callouts for the Welsh Ambulance Service in this reporting period.Responders have been to 6 patients experiencing Sudden Cardiac Arrest and many others that needed emergency help.The team has been out in the community training members of the public in CPR and Defibrillator use. We continue to fundraise in order to update our equipment as necessary.

To promote and protect the physical and mental health of people living in County Durham, in particular but not limited to children and young adults who have experienced the loss of a family member by providing and assisting in the provision of services relating to bereavement including advice, counselling, emotional support and pratical help.

The object of the Charity is to relieve in cases of need persons resident in Tansley who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped or infirm.

We work with local schools and other organisations in Downham to promote healthy nutrition. We have supported the clearing and development of local allotments. We also aim to provide sufferers with information, help and support in achieving the best results in their treatment.
