Bring life saving skills into the community, targeting patients with life threatening illnesses. This will be provided through a rapid response to patients that the Ambulance Service find a challenge to attend within eight minutes.

As a church we provide support to our brethren in England and their families through prayers, counselling and small financial support. Court Thorn Surgery Patient Participation Group (PPG) carries out regular meetings to review performance and share feedback from patients reviews and other medical bodies. It provides a free Prescription Delivery Service. It arranges health education seminars. It purchases equipment over and above equipment used by an average practice. It acts as a partner at strategic and operational levels.

Raise money and provide support for free surgical cleft lip and palate and microtia reconstruction missions for children and adults in the Philippines and Ecuador.

PROVISION OF AN EMERGENCY PRE-HOSPITAL IMMEDIATE MEDICAL CARE SERVICE AT THE REQUEST OF THE NORTH WEST AMBULANCE SERVICE. THE CHARITY RAISES MONEY TO BUY EQUIPMENT AND PAY FOR TRAINING FOR PRE-HOSPITAL PRACTITIONERS IN THE LANCASHIRE AND MANCHESTER AREAS OF THE UK TO ENABLE THEM TO VOLUNTEER THEIR SERVICES TO THIS AIM AS WELL AS COORDINATING THEIR GOVERNANCE AND TRAINING.

Counselling of Patients

Our charity purchases equipment for medical use at the medical centre and its small operating theatre for the benefit of patients covered by our surgery. None of this equipment would be provided by the local health trust or any other public body. Our charity also upgrades and replaces items of equipment as needed within our financial limits. We cover all age groups with problems of a medical natur

The awards committee made 1 educational award in line with the Trusts objectives, in June 2012. Some spending was made to relieve hardship. Applications and awards for the relief of hardship are dealt with in confidence

Counselling for Alleged Shoplifters

The Charity organises various fundraising activities, the main one being the South West Coastal Path Walk 2006 and 2008, River Boat Trip and we also receive kind donations. This enables us to achieve our Charity's aim and provide local CF people with medical, physiotherapy equipment and resources thus improving their quality of life and also helping the CF Trust into finding a cure for CF.

PCRF supports anyone affected by cancer and aims to raise awareness of prostate and breast cancer by way of community festivals and local events, outreach and counselling.We also support the neuroscience approach to research into prostate and breast cancer pioneered by Professor Djamgoz at Imperial College London.

Provision of an Emergency Pre-Hospital Immediate Medical Care Service at the request of North West Ambulance Service. The Charity raises money to buy equipment & pay for training for doctors in the Northwest of the UK (Cumbria, Lancashire & North Cheshire) to enable them to volunteer their services to this aim as well as coordinating their governance & training.

SHARE is a free at the point of use counselling service for young people between the ages of eleven and twenty five who would like to talk to a trained counsellor.

Providing funding for training medical personnel in civilian hospitals nationally also funding training for military nursing staff for injured military personnel. Purchasing equipment to cascade training and items for education.

We respond to emergency calls when called upon by the West Midlands Ambulance Service. We also work to increase awareness, availability and the use of life saving resources within our local communities.We will use our assets in the best possible way, for the benefit of the local communities we serve.

Our charity has been successful over the past years in providing a wide range of facilities including hydrotherapy, soft-play & multi-sensory rooms, the smaller toys & exciting equipment too. There are no paid employees of the charity. Currently our main emphasis is to provide residential holiday experiences for every child/young person in school on a rotational basis.
