UK Pounds have 7 days legally to find the owners of dogs, once that time is up the dogs can be put to sleep. We help find rescue spaces and support the rescues so that homes can be found. We support dogs needing emergency help if owners cannot look after them, short or long term, transport dogs to safety and provide end of life care. We run a neuter campaign reducing the number of unwanted dogs

The charity runs and delivers local voluntary and community activities. The charity runs a local building, namely Glenroyd House in Consett, County Durham. This provides provision for a number of local and community activities such as food bank, counselling services, sexual health clinics, drug and alcohol centre and job search clubs. Founded in May 1998 Liverpool Bereavement Service (LBS) is a charitable company devoted to providing the only exclusive bereavement service for adults and children of Liverpool and surrounding areas. We have 4 part time paid member of staff and approx 50 volunteers. LBS offers one to one counselling. The organisation offers training courses on "Loss & Bereavement" which can be tailored to suit.
