Crediton Foodbank is a registered charity providing emergency food for local people in crisis in Crediton and the surrounding villages. Crediton Foodbank also offers people support such as financial advice, referring and signposting to other organisations, including counselling, and works closely with all agencies in the area including schools.

The objects of the charity are to work for the assistance of persons who are suicidal, despairing or in distress by providing a service to enable such persons to receive immediate help and compassion from members of the charity.

Turvey Groupwork provides training courses in Group Analysis and Group work at the Turvey Centre, Turvey, Bedfordshire. We also organise workshops and CPD events for qualified psychotherapists and counsellors. Turvey Group offers bursary's to students requiring financial support to be able to access the training. RTProjects aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people in County Durham through engagement in creative activities with others. Our core work takes place in our community art studio 'The Open Art Surgery', a safe and supportive environment where individuals connect with others in their communities, support each other, learn new creative skills, and have a place they can call home.

We aim to rescue unwanted and stray dogs by keeping them either in a safe foster home or in a kennel. They are attended by a veterinary surgeon and we call in a behaviourist if necessary. Following necessary home checks, our dogs are rehomed and we follow their progress. To raise funds for all these tasks, we hold dog shows, sponsored walks, attend carnivals and car boot sales.
