The Charity continued to meet periodically, to monitor the progress towards replacing the hospital with a "Health and Well-being Hub", from which health services for the public in Havering, both statutory and voluntary, are provided. The Health and Well-being Hub was officially opened in November 2024.

The League of Friends generally supports the charitable work of the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre. ie it provides amenities for patients and staff and assist with the purchase of equipment, which while not essential, will promote improved treatment and, or comfort for patients and staff.

To support the work of the Faversham Cottage Hospital and Community Health Centres by means of voluntary services.

PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE CHILDREN ATTENDING THE CENTRE WITH TOYS, THERAPY EQUIPMENT, OUTINGS ETC. THE LEAGUE PROVIDE AN ON-SITE TOY LIBRARY AND PROVIDE MUSIC THERAPY.

The Arthur Rank Hospice Charity works in partnership with the NHS to support patients and their families at the Arthur Rank House Hospice in Cambridge. The Charity's main financial responsibilities are funding the Day Hospice, providing treatment and support for patients with cancer and other life limiting illnesses, Bereavement Counselling, Voluntary Services and the Hospice at Home service

We raise monies to provide finance for equipment requested by hospital management. We provide comfort and support for patients particularly the old and those with no family or living far away.

The League of Friends supplements the service provided by the Scunthorpe General Hospital for health, welfare and comfort of the patients by the provision of facilities, which may be required for the treatment of patients. Also to provide or assist in the provision of amenities for patients and staff.

General charitable purposes for people with learning difficulties.

To promote the relief of sickness through the provision of medical aid, financial assistance and other support to palliative care in the Kingdom of Swaziland and to achieve this by providing a screening detection, terminal care nursing service and education programme for health workers engaged in detection and treatment of cancer and caring for terminally ill patients.

To provide assistance to paitents and former patients of The Lambert Hospital, Thirsk and other invalids in the community who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped, infirm or in need of financial help; and generally to support the charitable work of The Lambert Hospital.

The centre offers a range of activities for children with special needs from playgroups, therpay sessions, home visits to days outs.

Impilorevival is involved in fund raising activities such as dinner parties, sponsored walks and monthly subscriptions from members and friends of the charity. Activities take place in UK for the benefit of hospitals in Zimbabwe. The charity source equipment and hospital consumables to help save lives and improve healthcare in Zimbabwe where healthcare provision is inadequate and under resourced.
