The charity purchases equipment and gifts for the Hospital for the health, welfare and comfort of the patients therein and for patients being treated in the community.

The Trust has funded new nurse specialist and clinical psychology posts at Royal Brompton Hospital to provide support to children with arrhythmias (abnormal heart rhythms) and to their families, helping them to learn to live as normal a life as possible with their conditions, and in some cases the threat of sudden death.The Trust also supports youth cricket, with an emphasis on wicketkeeping.

We support the local community through the hospital. We receive monies/fund raise from the community which we reinvest into the hospital and associated units.

Weekly meetings with either visitors or Society members giving talks on their photographic interests. There are a series of practical nights held and an Annual Exhibition of member's work is held in the local Art Gallery. Members also visit other external organisations and give talks on their particular interest in photography. Members images are on display at the local hospice

An unincorporated charity administering four Almshouse flats in the village of Barlborough under bequests and an original deed dated 1752. These provide subsidised accommodation for people experiencing hardship.

The Charity primary activity is religious activities and the raising of funds to financially support its' local Crisis Centre, Hospices and animal sanctuaries.It has also given grant aid to individuals who are in most need.

Pilkington Choir members meets each Tuesday to learn and rehearse a wide range of music. We perform in 4 part harmony (SATB). We arrange to perform at concerts, weddings and funerals during the year and work at rehearsals to prepare for these events.We meet at Willowbrook Hospice the Living Well, Borough Road, St Helens, WA10 3RN.Rehearsals start at 7.30 and last for 2 hours.
