The mission of the International Catholic Foundation is to support and promote the religious formation and pastoral care of, with and by Deaf people within the Catholic Community. The Foundation supports Chaplains, Pastoral Workers and Catechists and seeks ways to bring the riches of their vocation with others in the Church and society to achieve a fuller expression of Eucharistic communion.

The Mary Cross Trust has changed its name to Deafway (registered charity number 1089918).

The Commissioners directed in a letter dated 04 June 2003 that this Charity should be reported as part of Sense The National Deafblind and Rubella Association (Registered Number 289868). There have been no activities separately undertaken by this charity.

FYD is part of the National Deaf Children's Society, the national charity dedicated to creating a world without barriers for deaf children & young people. We represent the interests and campaign for the rights of all deaf children & young people from birth until they reach independence. NDCS supports the deaf child through the family and directly supports deaf children & young people themselves.

We are a club where people of similar disabilities can come together for sports and recreational facilities.

Send Medical Experts to SAHIC in Bangladesh to treat patients and train manpower there and bring trainees from there to Uk to train them in different fields of treatment of ENT diseases specially Hearing loss,Speech development, hearing aid management and teachers of the deaf.

Phoenix Employ is a unique grassroots partnership of Social Training Enterprises which work with people who are disadvantaged within society, and particularly within the labour market, because of learning and physical disabilities, sensory impairment or poor mental health/mental illness.

Charity is involved in activities related to diagnosis, management and rehabilitation of hearing impaired in less developed countries. It supports all activities which directly or indirectly benefit the hearing impaired. Charity also supports education related activities, both residential and non-residential of hearing impaired.

Deaf Parenting UK is the first ever national charity organisation to be led and managed by Deaf parents for Deaf parents with deaf, hearing and disabled children, representing the needs of Deaf parents (and their children) in UK, of whom are sign language users. According to statistics, 90% of Deaf people, as parents, have hearing children.

Our aim is to provide a supportive environment for deaf parents with deaf and/or hearing children. By offering a feeling of 'I am not alone', we organise events in the South East targeted at children of primary school age. We are considering new ideas involving older children.

The Club provides information in interpreted talks, social activities, meetings, trips out to various places of interest. We meet in the upstairs lounge of Cramlington Working Mans Club on Thursday evenings from 7pm -11pm. All D/deaf, HoH and Hearing welcome. We have had local councils / Fire service / police / health service visits to find out what they can do to help the deaf with any problems.

* To promote deaf and hard of hearing persons in Wales in particular by encouraging amateur golf for such persons.* To organise coaching for deaf/hard of hearing players and Junior players.* To promote tournaments and international golf for deaf/hard of hearing players.

Ear4U supports all people directly and indirectly affected by deafness. It provides information, support, advocacy and education to individuals and organisations predominantly in the Borough of Hillingdon but also in the surrounding areas and potentially across the UK.

We provide accessible courses for deaf children and adults who are in means tested benefits and could not otherwise afford to pay for the courses. For example, British Sign Language courses or Deaf Way courses.

The Centre of Excellence for Sensory Impairment -COESI- works with voluntary sector organisations around the country that provide services and support for people with sensory loss and on projects to address gaps in provision. COESI also provides a helpline and support to its member organisations for central services and making funding applications.

Small steps is a charity that supports and helps educate families expecting a child or families/carers with a child with a diagnosis of Down syndrome.We have weekly meetings where we explore sensory play, learn sign language, do craft activities and support each other.We have a monthly meeting for children of school age. This group learns life skills, builds friendships, and essential support.

Sussex Deaf Association provides community support, information and facility services to the deaf, deafened, deafblind and hard of hearing in Sussex.

The aim of the fundraising group is to enable children, young people and their families, that use sign language as their primary language to feel socially included.This will be achieved by organising fundraising events, to facilitate annual weekends away,create pen pal friendships and use technology by Skyping.This will enhance their communication skills, promote equality and fight discrimination.
