Sponsor a sibling offers relief to siblings of children with life limiting or life threatening conditions and also bereaved siblings.We offer gift packs, bereavement packs, hospital entertainment packs and sibling awards to nominated siblings.Sponsor a sibling also has a 'Siblings caravan of love' to be used by siblings and their families for much needed free of charge holidays.

We provide music, information and visiting service to patients in hospital community as well as promoting good health and advice.

We help all patients at Skegness Hospital by providing extra support in the form of additional equipment, facilities (including property alterations as requested) and comfort items which enable the staff to provide enhanced care and support for all.Our main role is to provide the finance for the above by fundraising activities.In addition we are grateful to accept donations and legacies.

Nuru of Mombasa charity team comprise of physiotherapists and occupational therapists who work at National Health Hospitals. The team is self funded and provide therapy and support to Nuru Orphanage and Port reitz disabled school in Mombasa.

We exist to provide goodwill services and products, in addition to official sources, for all people touched by maternity or neonatal settings in hospital and beyond. Purchase of equipment for treatments of cancer to Essex hospitals.

We purchase & donate equipment (medical & nursing) for hospitals, health centres in the parish of Clarendon and surrounding areas, Jamaica. We also donate aids such as wheelchairs to individuals as requested. This year {2014] the charity refurbish the out patients waiting room at the Percy Junour Hospital in Spalling

Refurbishment and renovation projects undertaken at childrens hospitals/orphanages in St Petersburg Russia

We provide Advice, information and guidance to the somali and bravanese Community in Waltham Forest and surrounding boroughs. We also run Football Club project to the Somali youth in Waltham Forest as well as outreach services to GP's and Hospitals.Moreover we are member of the MASC ( Multi-lingual Advice Service Consortium).
