The object of the Association is to relieve cardiac patients who are sick; convalescent; disabled;handicapped;infirm or otherwise in need of assistance and to generally support the charitable work of the cardio thoracic unit at the Northern General Hospital, Sheffield by the provision of of specialized equipment not normally provided by the Local Health Authority.
