Tiny Paws MCR is a small animal rescue located in Manchester. We take in domestic rodents and rabbits who are in need of new homes, rehabilitate them and arrange any required veterinary treatment, before rehoming them to carefully checked suitable adopters. We also provide sanctuary for animals who are unable to be rehomed due to health issues and those who require palliative care.

We aim to relieve and preserve health amongst persons around Silverton, Devon by supporting Wyndham House Surgery and other activities. These include financial support for a palliative nurse and a digital social prescriber, a prescription delivery service, a car service to take patients to and from the surgery and local hospitals, Balance Classes, over 65 keep fit and others.

Since its inception the organisation has been helping a variety of individuals and families who have or docurrently work in the film and television industry. Primarily we cover the Wendover area.We are a team of volunteers that bring together different knowledge, skills and experiences. Iain Rennie Hospice at Home is part of RGHC which provides palliative care for adults and children who have been diagnosed with cancer or another life limiting illness in Herts & Bucks. Through our 24/7 responsive hospice at home service, our specialist nurses give patients the choice to be cared for at home. We also offer support services for families and, in Herts, a range of day services.

Raising funds to grant wishes to children aged 3-19years who are terminally or seriously ill or have disabilities

We rescue, rehabilitate and re-home abused, abandoned and neglected domestic rabbits in London and Greater London. We spay/neuter, vaccinate and find them great homes where possible or provide sanctuary until end of life. We aim to educate the public on the appropriate care of domestic rabbits and welfare guidelines.

SOHH provides awareness raising about palliative care though meetings and media. We train front-line health professionals in Lesotho about palliative care. We support individuals with life limiting illness to improve their wellbeing and alleviation of symptoms where possible. We will be building a hospice in Lesotho

The following are projects we are particularly keen to complete:- To install tube wells and provide people with convenient access to clean and safe water. - To distribute food packages throughout the year to end hunger, malnutrition and other compounding health problems. WE PROVIDE VITAL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING FOR ORGANISATIONS ACROSS POLAND THAT SUPPORT TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES

The Charity supports the Shepherd's Hospice and The Connaught CPU in Freetown, Sierra Leone, by making grants to it, supporting a visiting doctor, and making occasional visits. Funds are raised by a variety of fundraising events, and from donations from individuals and organisations.

The main activities include running a respite project for carers and ex carers, interfaith activities, offering mindfulness based stress reduction courses and offering support to prisoners and those nearing end of life.

During the financial year items bought for the benefit of patients included replacement syringe drivers; a suction pump; a mechanical hoist; and a special mattress. Assistance towards the cost of palliative care training and related conferances was agreed for 9 staff members of the establishments supported.

Ending Life's Taboo offers rapid access to counselling provision for young adults within the age range of 18 and 45 years old when they receive a terminal or end of life diagnosis. Ending Life's Taboo operates in North East Essex and Suffolk. Young adults with cancer or non cancer illnesses are able to access the provision.

Interactive Islamic Education, providing assistance with understanding the Quranic Texts, allowing the students to explore the views of the different schools of thoughts and give them a freedom of expression and an opportunity to apply the teachings from the Islamic texts.Providing assistance to the less fortunate socially excluded, elderly, terminally ill in the daily,social & domestic activity

The main aim of the charity is to provide food and provisions for families whose children are receiving end of life care in their own homes, in a hospice or in hospital. We offer help to relieve the suffering of horses in need of care and attention in Devon by providing support to equine charities, equines and their owners in a crisis situation, that can occur from financial difficulty, hospitalization or palliative care. We are all volunteers who give our time for free and operate entirely from donations by the public and funds raised from charity events.
