Persuant to the scheme of the Charity Commission dated 31st August 1971, half of the net income passes to the PCC of St Marys, Fairford to be applied by them towards the maintenance and repair of the Parish Church, and the other half is to be applied by the trustees to relieve need, either generally, or individually of persons resident in Fairford who are in need, hardship or distress.
