The Sea Cadets aims to provide young people aged 10- 18 with an environment in which they can choose what they learn from a wide range of stimulating subjects and have fun while doing so.The Cadets learn about life skills and general knowledge that will help them progress in other areas including the history and the traditions of the Sea Cadets and the Royal Navy

The charity provides and maintains a Museum in Tenbury to collect and display items of historic interest particularly for the local area. This includes various documents and photographs including digital copies of the Tenbury Advertiser available for research.In addition the charity organises monthly talks on historical subjects especially as related to the local area.

We provide research and general public access to the museum's archives relating to Tempsford village and environs as well as RAF Tempsford. Also provide access to family history archives. The museum opens on the 1st Sunday of every month and also provides a meeting place for the community. Exhibitions are changed bi-monthly, talks and visits to historical locations are arranged.

To preserve, renovate, reconstruct and operate for the benefit of the people of Bricket Wood, the county of Hertfordshire and of the nation at large, the historical, architectural and constructional heritage of the station building at Bricket Wood. This c.1903 station is one of the few surviving stations from the Edwardian period and the sole surviving "steam-age" structure on the Abbey Line.
