MWSC was establishes in 2007 to support international workers and their dependents in Sefton and surrounding area who were experiencing discrimination, unfair treatment and financial hardship in particular in the fields of access to employment, housing, healthcare, welfare entitlements and financial services. Registered as a charity on January 2009 and in January 2014 converted to a CIO.

Maintaining housing for poor and needy

The charity seeks to help those in need of convalescence, for whatever reason, who cannot afford the total cost of such convalescence. 1) Persons recovering from sickness, medical or surgical treatment. 2) Such persons who are in a weak state of health and require a change of air, or require respite care.

We have been supported various projects in Pakistan and surrounding areas which include, handpump's school's, food distribution, housing projects and payments to needy families.

Provides and runs community hall in deprived area, we operate a signposting and support service for members of the community facing hardships and emotional issues. We provide free counselling, mediation, support with housing, domestic abuse, workshops, training and education.

The objectives of Poole University of the Third Age (U3A) is the advancement of education, leisure time, and recreational activities of middle aged and older persons no longer in gainful employment, residing in Poole and the surrounding area. The aim is to carry out work in the world based on the approach as promoted by Rudolf Steiner. The Trust has been and is active in expressing this in the care of people with special needs, education and work on the land. Alder Bridge Steiner-Waldorf School rents the school building. The Trust acquired a property and makes this building available as a Steiner-Waldorf early years centre.
