The object of the group shall be:To provide a safe environment for those in need to come together and share a meal, make new friends and be amongst people who care without judging them.To provide a network of support and involve the goodwill and involvement of the wider community.To benefit those individuals in need, including the homeless and vulnerable.

As a Christian community we share worship through Sunday and mid-week services; learning and growing in housegroups, spiritual formation groups, baptismal, membership and discipleship groups; and serving through a range of mission activities locally and overseas, by running an emergency night shelter for the homeless and through advocacy on behalf of homeless and asylum seekers.

Main activity is to provide direct support to rough sleepers, and the homeless in helping them into accommodation, accompanying them to appointments, assisting with travel costs, providing clothing and food. Acts Of Kindness Collective was set up in 2015 in response to the devastating earthquake in Nepal. We empowerlocal communities through education, health and child protection. To date we have run multiple projects to stop child trafficking, built homes for homeless families, conducted medical missions and constructed several schools. We are active in South East Asia, with a focus on Nepal.

We work with churches of different denominations to serve homeless people in the city of Chichester. We do this by providing hot meals in church premises, with an emphasis on welcome and hospitality. The Lido Foundation provide the following service.Information and Advice:We provide advice on welfare, benefits, housing, debt, application support to people from disadvantaged backgrounds. The service is open 3 days a week.By signposting and advising residents, the Lido Foundation is reducing social exclusion. Instead of falling homeless or into other desperate circumstances.

Community Development Programmes reach out to the local community providing support and resources for a variety of needs including, Health, personal well-being, and leisure pursuits and issues such as social justice, safety and homelessness.

Outward focused, family-sized christian church serving the homeless and vulnerable communities in Portsmouth & Southsea with a mandate to relieve poverty across the UK and overseas. We support Portsmouth Food Bank and Portsmouth Street Pastors, and have converted part of a former shop into community use as a homeless drop-in and soup kitchen.

World Animal Friends grants donations to small rescue shelters and individuals abroad to fund animal rescue work.We donate funds for veterinary treatment, spaying, vaccinations, animal food, kennels and other items relared to caring for homeless cats and dogs. We arrange cat adoptions.
