Housing Charities That specialise in Homelessness

We promote social inclusion in the Lancaster and Morecambe District by befriending people who are homeless, about to become homeless or who have recently been accommodated after a period of homelessness. We prevent beneficiaries from becoming socially excluded by helping them obtain and maintain tenancies and by supporting them to engage with services to create and sustain healthy ways of living.

The provision of sleeping accommodation and snack meals to rough sleepers each night between January and March. Currently twelve venues are providing twenty beds every night in Oxford churches, with over three hundred volunteers enlisted to cover three shifts a night.

The objects of Kingdom Life International Church are: a) To establish Christian Congregations wherever the Spirit of the Lord may lead, that will teach the word of Faith and provide pastoral care to the people regardless of the background and nationality. b) To establish Community Development Centres, that will provide support to the homeless and any other individual who seeks help.

The Christian Eye Foundation is a Charity dedicated to helping the elderly and those in need in our community. We provide support to the elderly by cleaning their homes, helping them with shopping and other essential needs. We also support the homeless and low-income families with food, clothing and counselling sessions. We are based in Iver and mostly support people in the Buckinghamshire area.

Lost Cats Brighton aims to relieve the suffering & distress of cats experience by rescuing abandoned, unwanted, mistreated, injured & homeless cats & kittens, providing veterinary care, food, accommodation as necessary, but with the ultimate aim of rehoming healthy animals whenever possible.
