Church of Christ (Commercial Road), holds regular worship and teaching services, prayer meetings, events, public celebration of religious festivals, produces/distributes literature to enlighten others about the Christian faith. We also carry out other charitable purposes: feeding the poor, working with children/young people, visiting the sick and elderly, supporting the homeless and those in need.

As an expression of the Islamic faith, Liverpool Muslim Outreach Society (LMOS) is involved in the relief and prevention of poverty in Liverpool but not exclusively by the provision of practical advice, food, basic essential items and support inaccessing services. LMOS serves the most disadvantaged in society through its weekly visit to Asylum Centres and homeless feeds in the city centre.

The organisation can assist those who are homeless or vulnerably housed who are able to access theshelter. The organisation started because a demand for sheltered accommodation was identified,particularly overnight on Fridays and Saturdays, for those who are homeless or vulnerably housed. Theorganisation therefore aims to benefit those people by offering accommodation and food.

We financially support charitable organisations whose work is specifically designed to support homeless people in England and Wales and which may have been recognised as such by the Charity Commission

Fountain Gate Chapel, Croydon is a church in the local area that is open to people from all walks of life and supports the religious needs of the people. The church offers donations to food banks, homeless and the deprived in the society. The church also supports single parents and extend a helping hand to people in dire need who visit. The church meets at Norbury Manor Primary School on Sundays.

Providing behavioural support and advice to families who are experiencing issues with their Bedlington Terriers or Bedlington crosses and re-homing Bedlington Terriers and Bedlington crosses who have been given up, left homeless or whose owners cannot keep them for whatever reason.

Umbrella charity providing services and support such as Gift Aid to small, local projects whch do not have the resources to run these for themselves. We are a Christian charity who provide homes for homeless in the North East community, which are supported living via an empowerment worker and each home is linked with a local church to offer friendship & support to our tenants

THE CHARITY PROMTES THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY PRINCIPLES OF MORALITY, BENEVOLENCE AND CHARITY. REACHING OUT TO THE NEEDY, THE HOMELESS, THROUGH GRANTS TO ASSIST PERSONS TO ENJOY A BETTER WAY OF LIFE. PROJECTS ARE UNDERTAKEN IN AFRICA TO PROMOTE EDUCATION TO ORPHANS,HIV/ AIDS VICTIM AND WIDOWS. FARMING PROJECTS ARE FUNDED, GENERAL SUPPORT GIVEN IN ORDER TO ALLEVIATE POVERTY LOCALLY AND OVERSEAS.

The charity provides bonds in lieu of private housing rent deposits for homeless people in North Somerset. It also has a twice weekly drop-in clinic for homeless or likely to be made homeless people who are referred to us by other local agencies. These clinics are used for signposting, support and practical assistance.

The charity continues to support local charities in the West Midlands area, specifically around mental health, end of life support, young people and homelessness.The trustees do not make grants for educational purposes.Applications are reviewed twice yearly, in February and August.

We offer a weekly Outreach to the homeless community and those who are vulnerable and destitute existing in the North East specifically those who have gravitated to Newcastle city centre.We provide food, sleeping bags, clothing, shoes and other essential items. We offer friendship and support, whilst raising awareness of the plight of our homeless community and to help those wanting our help.

We help children with disabilities in the impoverished Teso region of Uganda by funding nourishment, orthopaedic and plastic surgery in Kumi Hospital, mobility items (such as wheelchairs) and education. We help their families by building houses for the homeless, providing safe fuel-saving stoves and helping parents (especially mothers) to generate an income. We help others to help themselves.

Providing opportunities for regular social contact and for enriching the quality of life for the elderly and the isolated in the community (including young people with mental health, bullying or abuse issues), and providing housing and homeless support, crisis intervention, emergency funds, counselling, advocacy, bereavement support, etc.

We provide very sheltered accommodation and meals provided by a live in housekeeper for single lonely or homeless older people.

We make sleep pods for rough sleepers and raise money to support such activities.
