Divine Rescue provide help & support for the homeless, people in crisis & other vulnerable persons such as ex-offenders, sex workers & those with current personal crisis. Where we can help people beyond their crisis, we support their recovery & help them move on with their lives. Due to Lockdown our services and activities had reduced due to lost of income. But our support continues.

We are a charity working in Halifax Town Centre and Sowerby Bridge Friday and Saturday evenings to meet the needs of those who have become vulnerable whilst on a night out. We work to meet the needs of those who are victims of crime, the homeless or those who have had too much to drink and as a consequence are in need of support.

We engage with homeless people and provide essential items needed to help them survive on the streets through all weathers, signposting to other charities that can help them further by offering shelter and support to assist them to complete benefit, housing and other forms.
