to relieve poverty in 'The Waterside' (an area west of Southampton Water) and the New Forest by providing support andrelief to people who are homeless, who are at risk of homelessness, or otherwise vulnerable or marginalised by- a drop in centre- the provision of evening hospitality and overnight shelter- supporting and encouraging homeless people to move on to appropriate accommodation
